I am 30 years old, female, and a full-time university researcher! I am looking for a place to move, due to a break up and because my commute is too long. Finding a rental will allow me to regain my independence again.

I have no pets, don't smoke, and would like to move alone. I am originally from Singapore, but have lived in The Netherlands and Belgium for seven years. I am very clean, independent, and handy in maintaining a property! I think that having an open communication with landlords is important, and that one should be reliable in order to be trusted to rent someone elses' property.

In my free time I enjoy oil painting, reading, and finding nice cafes to visit with friends. I love working from home, as my work requires a lot of reading. Therefore, a nice and clean space is important for me.
